ROLE OVERVIEW

Student Success Coaches are mentors, motivators, and encouragers who help students grow academically, socially, professionally, and personally. You’ll build trusting relationships, provide guidance, and empower students to reach their goals.

    • Build one-on-one relationships with students.

    • Help students set goals and create action plans.

    • Provide academic and personal support.

    • Encourage positive choices and character development.

    • Connect students to resources and opportunities.

    • Track progress and celebrate student growth.

  • Wednesdays

    3:00 PM-6:30 PM (Program Time)

    Planning & Coordination

    1-2 hours per week

    Team Meetings

    Bi-weekly (day/time varies)

    Events

    Occasional evening or weekends

  • This is a volunteer leadership opportunity. As TAG grows, certain leadership roles may receive stipends based on funding and organizational needs.

    • Loves working with and encouraging students.

    • Strong communicator and listener.

    • Dependable, humble, and proactive.
