Training A Generation (TAG) is an 8-week
leadership and workforce readiness program
dedicated to equipping young people with the
skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead,
succeed, and make a lasting impact in their
schools, careers, and communities.

TAG was founded with a simple belief:
when you invest in young people,
you invest in the future. Training A Generation
(TAG) was launched as a leadership
and workforce readiness initiative
founded by Brian Dupor Sr. in partnership
with We Are One Kingdom Ministries.
TAG was formed to train, equip, and
launch youth, young adults, military veterans,
and returning citizens into meaningful career
pathways, that create lasting change in their
lives and communities. Through mentorship,
leadership development, workforce
readiness, life skills training, and
faith-based guidance. We believe
every person is born with purpose,
and our mission is to help them
discover it.
Today through partnerships with schools,
businesses, mentors, industry professionals,
and community supporters, TAG
continues to grow and create lasting
change for the next generation.
