ROLE OVERVIEW

As Campus Leader you are the front line of TAG on campus. You create a positive, safe, and engaging environment where students feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow. You’ll build relationships, lead small group activities, support events, and help students take their next steps toward their future.

    • Build authentic relationships with students.

    • Lead and support engaging weekly activities.

    • Create a welcoming and positive environment.

    • Communicate with students and promote TAG events.

    • Encourage students in their goals, growth, and leadership.

    • Assist with special events and initiatives.

    • Help track attendance and student participation.

    • Model servant leadership and strong character.

  • Wednesdays

    3:00 PM-6:30 PM (Program Time)

    Planning & Coordination

    1-2 hours per week

    Team Meetings

    Bi-weekly (day/time varies)

    Events

    Occasional evening or weekends

  • This is a volunteer leadership opportunity. As TAG grows, certain leadership roles may receive stipends based on funding and organizational needs.
